What are Roast Sessions?
Roast Sessions by TON Nest × TON Hubs is a live format where early-stage projects pitch to a panel of experts and receive sharp, constructive feedback.
Sessions are live-streamed across TON Hubs' channels and remain available as promotional content — giving projects both exposure and insights.

How It Works
- Format: Open-mic style — 3-minute pitch, followed by 5–10 minutes of feedback and jury questions
- Selection process: Each week, up to five teams per hub are selected based on queue and eligibility to pitch.
- Schedule: Varies by region
- Jury: Regional experts speaking the local language
- Broadcast: YouTube, Telegram, and X (formerly Twitter) — specific to each Hub
Who Can Participate?
Roast Sessions are for early-stage projects building in or around TON. To participate, your team must:

- Be enrolled in TON Nest
- Be a regional project participating in the particular Hub's activities
- Be presented by a founder
Project Requirements
- Have a pitch deck ready
- Have ≤100k MAU (exceptions may apply)
- Present an idea and advanced product vision
- Be TON-based or TON-relevant
- Align with TON's core strategic narratives
Participation Requirements
- Be open to live expert feedback
- Be available at the scheduled time of your selected Hub
